CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICATION
1. Camp Summers & Manget Fee $185 (ages 6-12), $195 (teens). Camp TFT Fee $210.
2. A $25 deposit must accompany this application and returned by June 1st. Balance is payable in full on the first day of camp. Applications postmarked after June 1st will be accepted only as space is available and will be charged a $25 late fee.
3. Free T-Shirt! Applications with deposit postmarked before May 1 will receive a free Tshirt. After this date, campers may purchase shirts for $15 while supplies last.
4. If the application is filled out online, a bill will be sent to email given on application. Deposit and online application must be received by May 1 to receive a free shirt.
5. First time campers save $20 off of the application fee. Camper must register by June 1st to receive the discount.
6. Deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a sibling unless written notice of cancellation is post-marked before June 1st.
7. Camp fees are not refundable after the first day of camp.
8. Churches that are paying for campers must make PAYMENT no later than THE END OF CAMP SEASON.
The heart of the camp ministry is to work toward finding a way for every camper to attend the Eastern Conference camps. If your family has a financial need in helping with the expense of camp, please fill out the camp scholarship application. This application is separate from the camp registration. Scholarship applications should be returned by June 1.
