Merry Christmas from the Eastern Conference Camps! May you each have a wonderful holiday season celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.  He is the reason we have Christmas and the reason we have a camp ministry.  We hope to share Jesus with children and adults through the camp ministries! Have a great celebrating Him and what He has done for us!

I am sad to say that we do not have enough registered for the Labor Day Weekend Retreat next month to have the retreat. As a result of a very low number of registration forms being sent in, the retreat will not be held.  Those who mailed in retreat applications and deposits will be returned their checks by the mail.

The Eastern Annual Conference of the Southern Methodist Church owns two camp properties that offer both adults and youth a place where they can escape the pressure of our ever-changing world and can retreat to the never-changing love of God.  Camp Three Forks Trail is located in the beautiful mountains of Clayton, Georgia; and Camp Summers & Manget is located in Cameron, South Carolina.  Both properties are owned and maintained by the Eastern Annual Conference of the Southern Methodist Church.
